The Best Special Needs Family Camps Ever…At Least Until Next Year

This summer, I participated in two of the best special needs family camps ever…at least until next year rolls around. The first was held at Hidden Acres Christian Center in central Iowa.
The second was held in Pelchi, Latvia on the grounds of their national school for children with special needs.
While I could go on and on about both camps – the events provided, the families reached, and the volunteers who served them – mere words would be inadequate to describe the joy and fellowship of the days we spent together. Instead, you’re invited to take a few minutes to watch the videos created by co-worker and talented photographer, Naomi Norris.
First up is footage of the Iowa camp followed by the Latvian one. Both come with tissue warnings. Enjoy!
See what I mean? They were the best special needs family camps ever!
